TheAromi.com website and customer services have moved to working from home while our distribution center is open and operating as usual with no interruptions in service. Please rest assured all shipping carriers are also operating as usual including the postal service, Fedex, DHL, UPS and all other carriers.
To safeguard employee health, we formed a company task force that meets regularly to study the latest updates and act accordingly. We’ve increased janitorial services and implemented new procedures to ensure our facilities are as clean and safe as possible. We will of course comply with any best-practice guidelines or government closings.
In the event we need to close the warehouse suddenly and cannot ship pending orders, we will refund all orders immediately and notify the buyers when we're able to ship again.
