Engraved items are processed and shipped via complimentary Standard Shipping. Please allow 5 business days for processing engraved orders and 2-10 days for shipping.

The boxes will be opened for engraving. We take special care to not damage the wrapping; but can not guarantee that it may not be damaged.

All engraved products can not be returned. All customers accept these policies by placing an order with an engraving.
